Description of problem:
When RHEL5.X boots, console displays (runlevel 3) informations about loading kernel, modules and then service. The last page from service is cut out right before login screen apears and therefore cant be view afrewards.

How reproducible:
every non-gui boot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot to RL3

Actual results:
last page cut-out

Expected results:
all displayed informatin will stay in the buffer

You can set '--noclear' as an option to mingetty in inittab - does that help?

Using --noclear should fix this issue and there was no response for more than a year so closing this as notabug.
