Description of problem:

The Drift Configuration section 'Drift Handling Mode' has two radio buttons: "normal" and "plannedChanges". 

These buttons should be displayed as 'Normal'  and "Planned Changes"

Please refer the attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to RHQ.
2. Navigate to 'Drift->Configuration tab of the platform.
3. Click on 'Add' button.
4. Observe the labels of radio button in 'Drift Handling Mode' section.
  
Actual results:

Radio buttons have labels "normal" and "plannedChanges".

Expected results:

Radio buttons should have labels "Normal" and "Planned Changes".
