Scenario: I had rhq-server/rhq-agent that went through automation run. Something got busted and caused drift configuration to not show up. Every time I load up drift configuration, a global error "Failed to fetch drift data". Now I can't go into RHQ and delete the bad drift config or create any new ones. 

The only resolution I can think of is to wipe the db and start from scratch.
