Description of problem:
The Confirmation-Konqueror dialog is inactive while close the window(all tabs) in GNOME session.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL6.2 from nightly build location
http://download.englab.nay.redhat.com/pub/rhel/nightly/latest-RHEL-6/6.2/Server/x86_64/os/
2. Log in the Gnome Session
3. Open the web browser using konqueror.
4. Select 'File'->'New Tab' in the konqueror window.
5. Click the 'Close' button in the right top of screen to close the window(all tabs).

  
Actual results:
The Confirmation-Konqueror dialog is inactive while close the window(all tabs) in GNOME session, need click on the dailog then use the shortcuts key.

Expected results:
The Confirmation-Konqueror dialog should be active while close the window(all tabs) in GNOME session, can use the shortcuts key directly.

Additional info:
Same issue for en_US

Anyway it works in KDE session
