Description of problem:
In a run page, when clicking clone without choosing any cases, it'll enter into the clone page, then click "Save" button in the clone page, it'll warn that "At least one case is required by a run."
I think it's too late.

3.6.0-1 on englab

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter into a run
2.Click "Clone" button
3.Click "Save" button
  
Actual results:
It'll not prompt that cases should be chosen until have entered into the clone page.

Expected results:
When clicking "Clone" button, if no cases is chosen, it should prompt that cases should be chosen before cloning.

This bug was fixed in tcms 3.6.2. When clicking 'Clone' button, if no cases is chosen will prompt that "At least one case is required by a run".

Verify version and result:
3.6.2 on englab --> PASSED

Actual results:
Do not select any case and Click "Clone", TCMS will come out warning "At least one case is required by a run".
