Description of problem:
Currently, there is no way in the TUI to logout.  We need this ability for cleanly shutting down an ssh session.

Need a way to cleanly close out of ssh.  Also provide a way to drop back to getty login prompt on local console.

verified on rhevh-6.2-20110929 build, logoff on tui and ssh successfully.
