Description of problem:
================================

When calling with a key containing special characters, the job runs successfully however there is an error writing the key file.  Looks like we need to check the key for special characters prior to running the job.  Same result whether using python or qmf-tool is used.

qmf: call 2 run_uri http://127.0.0.1/sysconfig-test 0 puppet "dj's $$$"
