Description of problem:  Consider adding documentation and samples to make the CLI and remote APIs more consumable

The specific issue that precipitated this BZ is: 

Add ability to remotely upload bundle distribution file to create bundle through CLI https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=681708

There are a couple of new bundle examples now:

Since there are more examples and a (hopefully) better intro to the CLI doc, the CLI overall should be more usable.

Bulk closing of BZs that have no target version set, but which are ON_QA for more than a year and thus are in production for a long time.
