Package: NetworkManager-gnome-0.9.1.90-1.git20110927.fc15 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- Was trying to connect to the secure wireless network Package: NetworkManager-gnome-0.9.1.90-1.git20110927.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- Try to connect (by selecting from a list of available networks) to any wireless network. A network that was configured during the installation process works fine, but not any new. Btw, selected networks were secured, but I don't know if it's a diffrerences - no unsecured network in the neighbourhood to test. Package: NetworkManager-gnome-0.9.1.90-1.git20110927.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- In XFCE, after updating to NetworkManager-0.9.1.90-1.git20110927.fc15, nm-applet crashes when trying to connect to my stored WPA/WPA2 Enterprise encrypted network. WPA/WPA2 Personal and unencrypted seem to work. Reproducible: always Would you mind testing update in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=741448#c13 ? I think this bug may be duplicate of bug 741448. Package: NetworkManager-gnome-0.9.1.90-1.git20110927.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- try activate wifi NetworkManager-0.9.1.90-3.git20110927.fc15.x86_64 works much better for me (doesn't crash on making a connection). NetworkManager-0.9.1.90-3.git20110927.fc15 on a 32 bit compy works also here. I can connect again to new Wpa networks. No crash was experienced Package: NetworkManager-gnome-0.9.1.90-1.git20110927.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 15 (Lovelock) Comment ----- NetworkManager crashed as soon as I run the system-config-network tool. Actuually, that was a mistake since I was looking for nm-connection-editor *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 741448 *** |
