1. Create a new user admin1, grant Administrator role
2. log in as admin1
3. Create a new Provider:
name: "myprov"
desc:  "blah"
type: Red Hat
URL: blank

Actual results:
Validation Failed:
* Only one Red Hat provider permitted for an Organization

Expected results:
Validation Failed:
* Only one Red Hat provider permitted for an Organization
* Repository URL invalid 

Additional info:
If you run this test as admin, you get the expected notification (with both errors, not just one).
