Description of problem:
from config/environments/production.rb:

# Disable Rails's static asset server
# In production, Apache or nginx will already do this
config.serve_static_assets = true

This item is no longer used (or if it is, it's wrong) - we want apache serving static images.  Need to clean this up, and if there are any other unused or deprecated settings in these files, clean them up also.

fixed in katello master at 33a21c7c4914d23049f0bebda7f9d018358ee2f4. You will need 0.1.155 or greater for the fix.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
