vdsm + rhevm

Description of problem:
when deleting a pool of VMs - if vdsm (spm) is restarted during it - one of the deleteImage tasks is getting lost and rhevm backend shows the vm in image locked status forever.

unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.
