This is a leak in the dropbox package.  Did you just install it, or does it happen every time you run dropbox?

Miroslav I just removed the transition from unconfined_t to ldconfig_t and fixed the labeling.  So this problem should go away in 

Fixed in selinux-policy-3.10.0-37.fc16

selinux-policy-3.10.0-38.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
