Description Andrew Overholt 2011-10-04 19:18:24 UTC
Using eclipse-mylyn-tasks-bugzilla-3.5.1-3.fc15.noarch and /usr/share/eclipse/dropins/mylyn-bugzilla/redhat-bugzilla-custom-transitions.txt I am unable to resolve a bug (I tried INSUFFICIENT_DATA).

Hmm, it looks like one needs to use Close => INSUFFICIENT_DATA. I'm investigating why resolve as shows up in the Mylyn UI.

Comment 3 Severin Gehwolf 2011-10-05 16:35:05 UTC
I'm a bit lost on this one. It *looks* like since upstream has a resolved status there is no way to suppress it when using custom transmissions. Perhaps it would be worthwhile filing this upstream?

I suggest to currently work-around this by using "Mark as CLOSED" => INSUFFICIENT_DATA instead. Would that work for you?

Comment 4 Alexander Kurtakov 2011-10-06 07:26:25 UTC
Looking at our transitions file - New and Unconfirmed allow changing to Resolved which seems wrong as Red Hat bugzilla doesn't have a resolved state. I'll experiment more with it.

Comment 5 Alexander Kurtakov 2011-10-06 09:27:01 UTC
Yup, removing RESOLVED from our custom transitions file seems to fix it (i.e. resolved is gone).
Please someone verify it and I'll push new builds.

Comment 6 Andrew Overholt 2011-10-06 13:49:45 UTC
Let me try to "resolve" this with a locally-modified custrom transitions file.

Comment 7 Andrew Overholt 2011-10-06 13:51:00 UTC
That works. Updating the summary to accurately reflect what needs to be done.
