Description of problem:
$ rpm -ql gnote | grep schemas
/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.gnote.gschema.xml

Then, in rpm scripts

$ rpm -q --scripts gnote

And it also gives a warning for this at installation:
