Description of problem:

When navigating through the Conductor UI if the user goes to the

"ADMINISTER/Cloud Providers" screen the default selection for
"Choose a provider:" is ec2-us-west-1 

If the user selects a different value then navigates to a different
Conductor GUI screen upon return the default reverts back to the
original "Choose a provider:" is ec2-us-west-1




Expected results:

It would be nice if the selected provider were to remain the
default at least during the current execution of Conductor

Selected provider remain as default even when we navigate to different conductor GUI screens.
