Description of problem:
I created new topic 5241 and entered all of the appropriate information, but the topic source URL data does not seem to be persisting to the database. I've updated the information many times but it's not there when I view my topic.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Created a new topic and enter the appropriate information.
2. Click on the "Topic Source URLs" tab and enter the Title, URL, and Description.
3. Click Update and List Topics.
4. Search for the topic. The fields are empty.
5. Again, enter the Title, URL, and Description for the "Topic Source URLs" and save. Again,it is not there when you view the topic.
  
Actual results:
Empty topic source URL contents

Expected results:
The data you enter for the topic source.

Not a bug. User error.
My bad. I wasn't clicking the Save.
