Description of problem:

NetworkManager can not establish ppp connection because selinux catch unexpected accesses.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare gobi-2000 modem
2. Prepare new connection in nm-applet
3. up mobile internet connection by nm-applet
  
Actual results:

Connection is not established.

Expected results:

Connection is established and work

1. Connection can be establish by wvdial

Could you attach the SELinux denial and /var/log/messages?
