Environment:
Dev env, last commit's hash: db5e83410a34eaaf537c37b9bd71cb0c51eb421f

There is not "re-install" option under specific host's tabs while the host is in "maintenance" or "Install Failed" mode, so the only option to reinstall it is moving it to "Maintenance", Delete it and then reinstall it.

The whole "Action Items" section is missing from the Host's General sub-tab.
Closing on duplicate of Bug 744573.
