Created attachment 526717 [details] Screenshot Environment: Dev env, last commit's hash: db5e83410a34eaaf537c37b9bd71cb0c51eb421f There is not "re-install" option under specific host's tabs while the host is in "maintenance" or "Install Failed" mode, so the only option to reinstall it is moving it to "Maintenance", Delete it and then reinstall it.
