Description of problem:

recreate:
1. create a catalog/catalog entry
2. Monitor -> specific pool(click) -> Catalog Entries
3. Notice the catalog entry details are listed there.. 

Move or rename the catalog entry on the filesystem

4. Refresh...

Built and pushed and launched instance.
Monitor --> Catalog Entries -- > Details

Renamed the deployment xml in the filesystem and refreshed.
No Error observed.
