Description of problem:

Now that we're able to sync in some actual errata and view it in the UI, we need to do a bit of cleanup on the format.  See below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sync a repo that has errata (e.g. RHEL6)
2. go to Content Management -> Promotions
3. go to All Errata or select the product and then Errata
  
Actual results:
see attachments

Expected results:
on General, we need some jscrolling to improve usability and improved formatting on the Associated Bugs

on Packages, we need some improved formatting of the package list

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
