Description of problem:
When I query any domain in the .io namespace, whois gives me an error:

$ whois fedora.io
[Querying http://www.io.io/cgi-bin/whois]
[HTTP: Unable to run web browser: /usr/bin/lynx: No such file or directory]

$ rpm -q jwhois
jwhois-4.0-28.fc15.x86_64
