Already solved and send the patch and pushed in deltacloud.

Since this is a placeholder for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DTACLOUD-88 and we closed out DATCLOUD-88 ... marking this BZ as 'VERIFIED'.

Deltacloud is now returning the backend error message:

RHEVM::RHEVMBackendException:Cannot run VM. There are no available running
Hosts with sufficient memory in VM's Cluster .
/usr/share/deltacloud-core/bin/../lib/deltacloud/drivers/rhevm/rhevm_client.rb:89:in
`vm_action'
