Description Nicolas Pitre 2011-10-07 19:15:07 UTC
Description of problem:

The "Canadian French" keyboard uses dead keys for several diacritical
marks (e.g., to type ê the ^ key must be pushed and released, then the
e key typed). Currently this doesn't work anymore.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

In Fedora 15 this stopped working. In Fedora 13 and before this was fine.
No idea about Fedora 14 or 16.

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:

In a text console:

$ loadkeys cf

Then press the key right besides the p key (normally [ on a US keyboard).

Then press the e key.

Actual results:

Nothing appears.

Expected results:

ê
