Description of problem:
Environment-group author couldn't delete the environment-group

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.6.0-2 on englab

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put the mouse on "Environment" menu.
2.Click "Groups" submenu.
3.Click Delete ico behind the group you  want to delete.
  
Actual results:
couldn't delete.

Expected results:
can delete.

I just add a env group ,and delete it successfully. I can't re-produce this issue.

Hi Danqing,
Maybe this is about Permission problem. You can do that because you own super-admin permission.
What i expect for this issue is all of Environment authors should can delete groups creating by themselves, but not just super-admin can do that.
Pls think about that.

In tcms 3.6.0 author don't have permission to delete groups. In the tcms 3.6.2 we will allow author to delete groups.

Verify version and result:
3.6.2 on englab --> PASSED

Actual results:
In the tcms 3.6.2
authors are allowed to delete themselves groups.
