Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Administer->Environments.

see attach screenshot.

i have active instance running in default pool, but no data is displayed in  Active Inst. and Available Inst. column.
  

Expected results:
Correct data should be displayed in Active Inst. and Available Inst. column.
