Description of problem:
Applications can use  gp_camera__wait_for_event to wait for notifications from the camera. This method includes a timeout parameter to avoid it blocking forever. This is not working, at least for my Nikon camera, blocking forever.

This makes the entangle application unusable, since its function is blocked for a timeout that never comes

How reproducible:
With a Nikon D90

Steps to Reproduce:
1. It is pretty hard to reproduce this, but I see it with entangle
2. Connect to a camera in Entangle
3. Click the 'capture' button
  
Actual results:
Capture never completes, gdb shows it stuck on gp_camera_wait_for_event

Expected results:
Capture works normally

Additional info:
Updating to the 2.4.11 release present in F16 works. I have not been able to identify the upstream fix that solved this, so don't know whether its backportable to 2.4.10.1, or whether a rebase is the only option to fix this.

I'd really like this fixed in a F15 update since it makes entangle unusable

has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is
