Description of problem:
I created a new user and didn't assign any permission/role to this user. However when I login with this user, got:

500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

How reproducible:
always with Firefox and google chrome browser

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login with admin user
2. create a new user without assigning roles/permission
3. Login again with newly created user
  
Actual results:

Error:
undefined method `owner_info' for nil:NilClass

Expected results:
UI shouldn't raise any error while login with user which has no permissions.
