Description of problem:
Please, add the "org.apache.felix" GroupId to this package to avoid future patching of the dependent packages.

Current GroupId:ArtifactId ...
org.osgi:org.osgi.core

My mistake. It's exactly the opposite.

Anyway. The package has been rebuilt with extra "org.osgi" groupId -> closing.
