Description of problem:
clusvcadm does not have the -F option documented in man page or in help output(clusvcadm -h).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rgmanager-2.0.52-6.el5_5.8

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man clusvcadm
  
Actual results:
No documentation in man page for -F option clusvcadm.

Expected results:
Man page should document -F option for clusvcadm.

Simple unit test case (failure):

# zgrep "[-]F" /usr/share/man/man8/clusvcadm.8* ; echo $?
1

I verified that this is fixed:

[root@rhel6-2 ~]# zgrep "[-]F" /usr/share/man/man8/clusvcadm.8* ; echo $?
.B [\-F] ]
.IP "\-e <service> [\-F]"
