Description of problem:
Section 32.4 - Documentation for kickstart firewall option shows <incoming> but this is not listed in the BNF.

firewall --enabled|--disabled [--trust=] <device> [--port=]


<incoming> — Replace with one or more of the following to allow the specified services through the firewall. 
--ssh 
--telnet 
--smtp 
--http 
--ftp

Thanks for reporting this. I've added <incoming> to the formatting line. The update will be available in the 6.3 version of the guide.

This bug is now fixed and available as part of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 release on http://docs.redhat.com/.
