Description of problem:
unbound daemon links unbound-libs statically, meaning updating unbound-libs does not update the code inside the daemon which is in the unbound package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
All versions upto and including the latest 1.4.13-2 releases

How reproducible:
always.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install 1.4.12 unbound and unbound-libs package.
2.yum install unbound-libs

  
Actual results:
unbound daemon not updated

Expected results:
unbond daemon should have been updated

all versions upto 1.4.13-1 that is (2 was a local modification for testing on my own machine)

Package unbound-1.4.16-2.el6:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing unbound-1.4.16-2.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
