Description of problem:
when booting a vm via the f12 (select boot methods) key, there should be another option - use boot.kernel.org. i say bko instead of bfo coz bko also support debian et al.


also when selecting operating system type when creating the vm have the option to use bko would be good

why is this good? give the user even greater choices in OS when building a vm

I don't think this is something we should add to the UI. virt-manager is supposed to be an end user tool: if a user is sufficiently interested in trying boot.kernel.org or similar, they should be able to figure out how to make it work with virt-manager. Maybe a blog post of similar documenting how to do it with virt-manager/virt-install would be helpful?

My $.02, I think a blog post would be helpful.
