Description of problem:
The last revision of the chip, incorporated a new reset that needs to be done after every mode change.

G200eR2 version C2

How reproducible:
The screen can show a wrap around at random times. This problem is occurring at random times and may be hard to reproduce.

Actual results:
The TagFifo reset is a safety net and will not cause any side effect to the driver.

This patch adds the full support of the G200eR2 chip.
