Description of problem:

Automation caught a regression in the logging written to /var/log/rhsm/rhsmcertd.log during a "service rhsmcertd restart"


FROM SUBSCRIPTION_MANAGER RHEL62 BRANCH...

[root@jsefler-onprem-62server tmp]# service rhsmcertd restart

Starting rhsmcertd 240 1440                                [  OK  ]

Notice the two "started" log lines are missing from the master branch.

I suspect this was already fixed by bug 752572
