Description of problem:

A large number of topics suddenly have no text in them (or little text). Examples:

Previous versions of said topics can be viewed in Skynet. Contrasting with the current versions results in a large chunk of text from each topic suddenly missing.

Fixed in 20111014-0827

This was due to a bug in the XML entity substitution logic that was implemented to allow docbook entities like &nbsp; to appear in topics.

Related to the duplicate bug 745353, tags do not show up in the navigation pane again:

Setting back on ON_DEV since the problem has reappeared. Need this fixed urgently, as PM needs to see operational Skynet output to determine a beta release for EDG documentation. Matt, would appreciate this looked into on a priority basis as PM cannot navigate without it. Thank you.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit the link to the EDG documentation on the documentation stage: http://documentation-stage.bne.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_Enterprise_Data_Grid-Beta_Documentation/6/html/Beta_Documentation/index.html

2. Attempt to navigate topics using the strangely limited navigation panel.

This is because the toc only shows tasks and overview topics. Will add an option to select the the topic types to be listed in the toc and landing pages.
