Select a number from what?

It might be handy to have a way to see all existing priority, is that what you mean?

Comment 4 Namita Soman 2011-10-13 18:12:42 UTC
Currently, the help hint indicates "Priority of the policy (higher number means lower priority)"....which is good, but yes - would be handy to see available/existing priorities.

This came up as a suggestion during the IPA training.

Comment 5 Endi Sukma Dewata 2011-11-01 18:21:52 UTC
The priority column has been added to the password policy list page (ticket #1977). The policy sorting based on priority will be implemented in:
https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/2045

Comment 10 Namita Soman 2012-05-02 18:18:51 UTC
This doesn't fix or add the RFE as expected. But changes were made so that when policies are added, they are sorted and displayed in order of their priorities. Verified taking steps:
Add a 3 groups
Add a pwpolicy for each of these...but when adding give varying priorities in no particular order.
Verified that when displayed, they are in order of their priorities
