Reverse the default workspace switcher direction when scrolling over the pager. none

Description of problem:
Scrolling in the up direction when moused over the lxpanel pager selects desktop n+1.  Scrolling in the down selects desktop n-1.  This is opposite behavior of openbox if you scroll on the background, GNOME and XFCE Workspace Switcher to name a few.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the number of workspaces to more than 2.
2. Mouse over the pager and scroll up.
3. Mouse over the pager and scroll down.
  
Actual results:
up is switch to the right workspace and down is switch to the left workspace

Expected results:
up should switch to the left workspace and down should switch to the right workspace

I installed this update on 64-bit fedora 17 and it works as expected.

Package lxpanel-0.5.10-1.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing lxpanel-0.5.10-1.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
