Please update perl-Net-Stomp to the latest upstream version (0.42 at the moment).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.36

Expected results:
To have version 0.42 available for Fedora >= 16 and EPEL6

Specfile patch: update to version 0.42

Specfile changes:
- Updated to 0.42
- Included the examples as documentation files
- Source URL updated (different maintainer)
