Description of problem:
The package contains a python script in %doc, and this file causes dependencies to be pulled in. According to the packaging guidelines this is not appropriate.

This was due in part to the script in %doc, and in part the explicit Requires on python-matplotlib.  I've fixed both.  Builds coming.
