Description of problem:
Sometimes the grid-scroll "jumps" to the selected item in the grid, when the selected item in the grid is not viewable.

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a main tab that its grid has a lot of Items
2. Select the last item in the grid. The main grid should now "collapse" to ~half size, and the sub-tabs are displayed; the selected item is currently not visible. The mouse is now in the sub-tabs area.
3. Move the mouse to the main grid area
  
Actual results:
Grid-scroll "jumps" to a position in which the selected item is visible.

Expected results:
Grid-scroll should not jump.

Additional info:
Happens in other scenarios as well; the scenario described above is the most reproducible that I could find.
