Description of problem:
Deleting a job should cancel any running recipes.

Otherwise you get into a weird state where you can only cancel the job from the command line.

You can only delete jobs which are completed. Are you referring to the problem described here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=715226 ?
