Description of problem:

Eng-ops pinged me stating they couldn't rename a system without getting a 500 error.

Investigation found that we call system.remote.remove() when the hostname is changed.  This is probably to prevent cobbler from complaining about duplicate IP's.  But if the system is not assigned to a lab controller this will blow up.
