1. Import the manifest from 
http://axiom.rdu.redhat.com/git/gitweb.cgi?p=system-engine;a=tree;f=manifests;hb=HEAD
2. Go to sync status page, expand one RHEL product, select one repo, click Synchronize Now.

mass move to CFSE product.

Looks liek this has been fixed now..

QA Verified - fixed somewhere along the way with the changes to the sync UI
