Description of problem:
Failed to partition if there is existed HostVG on another disk

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert USB to machine.
2. Install RHEV-H to local disk first time and reboot.
3. Boot from PXE, enter firstboot menu, don't uninstall the existing hypervisor. 
4. Install RHEV-H to usb, Do you want to remove HostVG from /dev/hda? choose "Y".

  
Actual results:
Failed to partition if there is existed HostVG on another disk.

Expected results:
Partition can successful if there is existed HostVG on another disk.

this bug is only happening when there is HostVG existed on one disk, then install rhevh to another disk by doing partition storage directly.

If using "support menu" uninstall the existing rhevh, then do partition storage,  have no this issue.
