Description of problem:
The fedpkg provides name .fcf17 for dist-rawhide instead of .fc17

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -q fedora-packager
fedora-packager-0.5.9.2-2.fc16.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. checkout master branch
2. $ fedpkg build

Actual results:
$ fedpkg build 
Building rubygem-fast_gettext-0.6.1-1.fcf17 for dist-rawhide

Expected results:
$ fedpkg build 
Building rubygem-fast_gettext-0.6.1-1.fc17 for dist-rawhide
.....

Huh that's strange.  It seems fixed in my rewrite, so I'll get to putting that in rawhide soon.

This is fixed very likely. I did not noticed any issue for a long time already.
