Description of problem:
I have defined an equivalency replacing /qmail with /var/qmail. Lately whenever I do an selinux policy update this customization is lost and I need to run semanage again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
selinux-policy-3.10.0-45.1.fc16.noarch

How reproducible:
Seems to happen repeatedly on the machine that has qmail on a separate disk.

Fixed in selinux-policy-3.10.0-46.fc16

I have verified that the equivalence definitions are no longer getting lost on update.

selinux-policy-3.10.0-51.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing selinux-policy-3.10.0-51.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
