Description of problem:

v7 1.4 R34 selects the wrong measurement method on RHEL6.  The test checks /dev/cpu/0/cpuid for aperf/mperf, but the logic is inverted.

cpuscaling patch to check/load module cpuid on RHEL5

It seems that on RHEL 5 i386, the test needs to check and load both msr and cpuid modules to check and use aperf/mperf.
