Did it work in old Fedora release this way? apcupsd-3.14.9-2.fc15.x86_64 to reproduce pull the power from the UPS and wait until it shutdown the OS the computer is running with the last shutdwon-messages (stop md-devices...) and the last line is "systen halted" this is fatal on modern computers because they are cosuming > 100 Watt without power-managment and 75-85 with power-managment i do not know how it worked with older releases because yesterday evening i tried the frist time pull power and look how shutdown works This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained.
