The generated HTML preview needs to be updated when relationships between topics change.  Given skynet's UI for bulk changing topic relationships this can be very tedious to manually update.

The topics with the "out-going" part of the relationship needs to be refreshed in the case of one-way links.  Both sides when it is a two-way.

Fixed in 20111026-1338

Topics have their XSL transformed in the background by a Thread, so the changes to the rendered view may take a minute or to reflect the changes in the relationships.
